“Mama blow it!”
Berkeley, CA / Tuesday, October 2 around 5 pm. / I was on a walk with my daughter. She was running in the grass, found a dandelion, and said, “Mama blow it!” / The sunlight was beautiful and I felt calm and happy.
The Morning After
Agoura Hills, CA / Sat, Sept 29 @ 10am / I had been MOH in a wedding the night before and in getting ready for bed, took out 36(!!) bobbi pins, a rubber band from my hair and a pair of fake eye lashes. I woke up to this pile the next morning. / I chuckled. I thought seeing this aftermath after such an elegant evening the night before was hysterical!
The Garden Bungalows
Moorea, French Polynesia / 10/3/18 / The photo is of The Garden Bungalows / Complete awe
Chickens!

Our grey babies, Scraps and Remi
Photo was taken in my home office. / Wednesday the 3rd at 9 am. / Our grey babies, Scraps and Remi, were helping plan menus for my private cooking clients : ). / They always make me feel so grateful, and so full of love! When they lay together like this, I honestly stop whatever I’m doing and become totally useless. It’s the CUTEST!
Mount Rainier
Rainier vista, University of Washington / October 4, 1:40pm / Very rarely the sky is clear enough to see Mount Rainier (which is over 60 miles away). I’ve lived here for 2 months and it’s only the 3rd time I’ve seen it! / Stressed out! I was headed to the library and I still don’t have a solid study spot picked out on campus haha, which is stressful for me! But then I saw Mount Rainier and I just can’t help but slow down and take a breath.
