JLB: It's a brush for animals that’s really good at taking their hair off. It’s amazing.

Cheated on someone. Which is really a sign you’ve waited too long to break up with someone else.
9 - What is something you wholeheartedly believe?
That we all have so much more in common than many would like to believe. There is no one right religion, god or set of beliefs. Dogs are better than most people.
10 - As a lifelong student, what was the latest thing you sought more info about?
Canning and making preserving seasonal vegetables.

JLB: Well, so far they’re all in the freezer...we’ll call that step 1, haha.

Yes. From my family when I came out.

Vegetables at a farm stand - some sweet peppers, corn, scallions.

14 - Would you ever date someone of a different race? Would you parents care?
I absolutely would date someone of a different race. I think my family would eventually be accepting, however, I think there would be some initial doubts and questions.
15 - Would you ever date someone of a different religion?
I am dating someone who is Jewish, which is different from me, and that is not a problem.
16 - Have you ever felt unsafe?
I used to live in Oakland, CA and it was at the beginning of gentrification in that area. I definitely felt unsafe leaving work late at night. I was followed home and my car was broken into a few times.
